Open InternationalIntelligence.org ↗How to read this page
One publisher, a preserved local copy, and explicit gaps
International Intelligence publishes the reporting. 2IA preserves a local presentation so readers can follow dates, sources, corrections, and historical continuity without a browser-side request to the upstream site.
Publisher authority
The upstream edition controls the wording, ordering, attribution, corrections, and withdrawal state. 2IA does not rewrite imported reporting to claim authorship.
Reader privacy
When a local edition exists, the page is served from 2IA. Opening an upstream or supporting-source link is a separate, reader-initiated visit.
No fabricated continuity
A missing edition remains a visible gap. An older edition is labeled with its actual date and is never presented as today’s publication.
