How to read an opportunity card and detail page
The board is designed for quick triage. Cards show a compact summary; detail pages carry the full scope, trust context, project context brief, match explanation, and application form.
Cards are for scanning
A card should answer whether the opportunity is in your cause area, requires skills you have, fits your location mode, and deserves a deeper look.
Use keyword, cause, skill, mode, work type, verified-only, and beginner-friendly filters.
Sort by newest, relevance, or least-filled need.
No volunteer private contact data appears on cards.
Detail pages are for decisions
A detail page should make the work legible: what is needed, who owns it, what done looks like, what project context exists, and what risks or screening notes matter.
Look for deliverables and acceptance criteria before applying.
Read the project context section before technical or continuity-heavy work.
Use the report flow if a post includes private or unsafe data.
