Authenticated experience
What changes when you sign in
The public site is browsable without an account. Signing in adds continuity: your profile, applications, steward records, recommendations, and review tools can stay attached to you.
For volunteers
The account dashboard summarizes profile completeness, application history, and next best match suggestions based on the same explainable scoring model used on opportunity pages.
- Update profile signal.
- Track applications.
- Browse recommended opportunities.
For organization stewards
Stewards can see attached organizations, posted opportunities, application counts, and context gaps so they can keep work ready for volunteers.
- Post or update scoped opportunities.
- Watch application flow.
- Attach context briefs before complex work begins.
For reviewers and admins
Users with editing permissions get shortcuts to moderation queues and operational review surfaces without exposing those records publicly.
- Review reports.
- Verify organizations.
- Repair missing project context.

Public browsing works without an account. A WordPress account adds saved profile context, application history, steward tools, and admin review links when your role allows them.
